| This aircraft was restored in 1991 with '0' time GO-480-G106, '0' time 3 blade reversing propeller installed all in accordance with Simuflight STC SA615NW, new interior, all new instrument panel with new miniature instruments, all new tinted glass, new upholstery and paint touch up where necessary. It has wing extensions and fences. The aircraft has been meticulously maintained and cared for and has been stored inside a heater hangar. It has been flying regularly but not many total hours since upgrade in 1991. All work was done by our company for the owner who has now asked us to sell the aircraft because it is underutilized.
